Returns & Cancellation
We want customers to receive the correct product in acceptable condition. This policy is subject to mandatory rights under applicable Bangladesh consumer-protection law.
Return eligibility
Please contact us promptly if you receive the wrong product, a materially damaged package, an item with a verified manufacturing defect, or an item materially different from the confirmed order. For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or used wellness, personal-care and ingestible products may not be eligible for discretionary return unless required by law or the issue is attributable to us.
Evidence
We may request order details and clear photos or an unboxing video where reasonably necessary to verify damage, wrong item or missing contents.
Cancellation
Orders can be requested for cancellation before courier handover. Once an in-stock order is dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Pre-orders may become non-cancellable after sourcing has started; any exception will be assessed case by case and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original or mutually agreed payment method. Bank, card or mobile-financial-service processing time may apply after we initiate the refund.
Pre-order cancellation
A pre-order may be cancelled before sourcing begins. Once the 50% advance has been received and sourcing has started, cancellation or refund of sourcing-related costs may be restricted, subject to mandatory consumer rights and our obligation to refund any amount due if we cannot supply the product.
Pre-order confirmation and payment process
Pre-order products are items we may not routinely keep in local stock but can source internationally based on customer demand. After a pre-order is placed, our customer support team contacts the customer by phone to confirm the order. We then collect 50% of the pre-order value manually through an agreed mobile financial service or banking channel before sourcing begins. The website does not force an automatic advance payment. After the product is prepared for delivery, the remaining 50% balance is normally collected by Cash on Delivery (COD), unless another arrangement is agreed with the customer.
